I've been following with interest the political threads going on in here recently. I'm a member of the USPA but I'm a British person living in the UK. Will I be able to take part in the vote? Voting for a Regional Director could be tricky since I don't have one but how about National?

'Article I - Membership
Section 3: Voting Powers
Voting powers shall be vested solely in regular members'

'Article V - Election of the Board of Directors
Seciton 3 - Election of National Directors
All members may vote for any number up to eight of the proposed candidates for national director'
Section 4 - Election of Regional Directors
Members, other than those currently living or serving overseas, may not vote for a regional candidate outside the voting member's region.'
So does that mean overseas members can vote, and they can vote for one region of their choice?
