I would think Dayton (ohio) would be a very close airport (maybe 1 hr or less)
the weather is supposed to be rainy thursday , and early friday...but saturday sunday and monday are supposed to be great!!
but you know what they say about the weather over here...if you don't like it... wait 5 mins! The above message is 'MY OPINION' and nothing more ( no claim to be fact!)

Dayton -> Richmond should be about 50 miles, I think Indianapolis -> Richmond is about 70 miles, Fort Wayne to Richmond would be 90.
Either Dayton or Indy would give you interstate routes to Richmond. Figure an hour to hour & half drive.

I'll beat there are enough jumpers comming from out there..that you may be able to bum a ride for a few jump ticks?
