I am think about doing a base from a water tower, and need some advice. There is a small water on campus and I think that it would be cool to jump it and get some pictures. I'm not sure how tall it is I'm guessing 150 feet?? I know that is not high enough to open my parachute, but I was thinking about kiting it off the water tower, like they did off the building in Terminal Velocity. Would that work? What do I need to know before I attempt this jump? I'm going over today to look for landing areas, and to get a better look at the height. Any good advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Some dumb college student with a vision!
