DZs in NZ??

Hey all- I've been lurking here for awhile but this is my first post. I'm a newbie to the sport(just did my second tandem the other day and am now preparing for AFF). I am going to New Zealand for X-mas and New Years and am hoping to get a day in there, can anyone recommend a DZ somewhere near Auckland on the North Island? Blue Skies, J

well- I am going to NZ for the holidays anyways, so i was hoping to get a different pespective on it. I don't think I'll be done with AFF by then so perhaps i will just go Tandem, if yours is a widely shared opinion.(it does make sense to me, I'm just excited about this new sport I'm getting into AND about going to New Zealand, so naturally i want to mix the two together!!) So I am still looking for a DZ in NZ...

You could try Parakai, that's where a lot of Auckland jumpers go, but head to Taupo if you can, the views are truly splendid!
