Hangin at Headquarters* on hold

OK listen up! This thread is officially on hold! Chris called me early today on my cell phone in an attempt to work this out. The fact that at that exact time I had fourteen employees ,a concrete pumping truck, and 47 yards of concrete hardening in the trucks calling for my attention was less than conducive to constructive conversation. Add to that the fact that I'm working in a bad cell area (I'm working way back in the mountains) and that Chris was being called to board a flight at the airport , we could only touch on a few points and half the time I was trying to decipher his *scuba diver *(bad cell on my end) dialect.

Chris will be back in the office next week and I will re-establish communications with him via land telephone line then. Of course, I will report back to you with an account of our conversation.

It is my sincere hope that he and I will be able to reason together and avoid the need for the involvement of the court system.

I believe it is a good sign that Chris attempted to establish telephone communication between us. I think it shows a willingness to work toward a solution.

Obviously I will not negotiate as to the immediate removal of those words ' in person or by proxy' from our by-laws! I also insist that the lowered quorum requirement be struck from our by-laws as that item was never properly presented to the BOD.
