As I said in response to another post, the way to stop the cross-posting is to ignore it, or to trim the headers when responding.
It's just like anything else, you can make it go away. And that applies to a lot of things in the ng if most of the people in the ng agree they don't like it.
Just ignore it. Trim the headers. It'll stop. Quickly. Too bad the rest of the problem isn't so easilty solved.
