Museums and Comped Rooms!

Now it may just be me but,

Does anyone else see a conflict of interest in the Executive Committees' rooms being paid for by the developer? I mean, considering the fact that they were there in part to decide whether or not to spend $300,000 on one acre of land.... !!!!!!

And what was the content of those envelopes left beneath each of their pillows? Breathe mints are generally placed on top the pillow. I heard that each Executive Committee member received $10,000 cash in an envelope placed under the pillow in their comped rooms. But my source may be suspect!

It is a fact that the rooms were paid for by the developer. It's also a fact that they voted to pay $300,000 for one puny acre!
