A skydiver comes to California to jump at a upscale twinT DZ. Hopeing for more buisness from Japan the DZO tells the Manifest lady to call the Bank daily for the exchange rate and exchange the Nippon skydivers Yen. 1st week the guy brings 2000 Yen to the manifest counter and gets $72 2nd week another 2000 Yen but he only gets $66 'Why less!' he asks the manifest lady? 'Fluctuations.' In typical skydiver fashion he turned and stormed out...pauseing at the door he turned and screamed 'Fluc you Americans too!'
